This 16th Century Free House set high above the Teign Valley has wonderful panoramic views over the rolling hills and beautiful countryside to Haldon Hill and the Belvedere Tower, a folly once owned by the Palk family.

Everyone is assured of a warm reception with a roaring log fire during the winter months.

Bikers, Hashers, Cyclists, Walkers, Well managed Dogs and Children on leads are all very welcome.

There are various pub games on offer, Darts, Pool, Bar Billiards and Table Skittles or if you prefer just sit on the sofa and chill out with a Pint

Set around 200 metres above sea level, the best view of the Teign Valley you are likely to find is from our Restaurant at the Palk Arms.

Haldon Belvedere Tower, a folly of the Palk family, is visible in the distance on the other side of the Teign Valley. Between lie the villages of Trusham, Ashton, and the Whiteway Estate etc.
